Covid-19 fell ill and in quarantine, the Süd-Apotheke was asked to deliver urgently needed asthma medication and received the succinct answer: We have no one who could deliver. No alternative is offered. Thank you for nothing! The Wellsee pharmacy can do this in two hours and then delivers the prescription free of charge. This is how service works.

Service at this pharmacy? Nothing! In quarantine and seriously ill with Covid19, I needed asthma medication to keep breathing. The Süd-Apotheke does not deliver. They just don't deliver! Dependent on this pharmacy you are lost!

Very unfriendly staff. Today I was sent outside because I didn't have a mask on. But I am released and showed it immediately. It's also in my customer file. But the red-haired lady said she had to mess with the tone then brought me the medicine I had ordered, suddenly over-friendly outside and apologized for waiting. But I have now given my other recipes elsewhere, where they are more friendly and non-discriminatory to mask-free customers.

Very friendly and good advice.

Disappointing! 5 days for making an ointment! Then you are reminded why you are there 3.5 hours before the agreed time, although the ointment has been ready for 4 days. Incredible!
