Unfortunately, very unfriendly on the phone, the information did not bring me anything. I was told directly that I had bought a cheap machine without the gentleman knowing what washing machine I had. In addition, he said then that the connection fits (according to the motto "There is no problem at all"), without ever looking at it or the like. He seems to be too good for such assignments. So unfortunately I can't recommend it.
Was very happy with the work, quick service and competent advice. Employees could be a bit friendlier but still 5 stars because of the fair price.
Contacting us was very straightforward, just like making an appointment. Mr. Matern was on site on time and the problem with the heating was quickly resolved! I definitely recommend Kroglowski!

We were terminated the service contract by mail without notice after we had complained about a bill. We were charged a maintenance kit for over 100 €, which was not delivered even after 2 weeks (should be delivered directly from Bosch at short notice).
I then transferred the invoice minus the set, ordered this for 70 € on the Internet and informed by mail that I have already purchased the set myself.
Two days later, we received the immediate termination of the maintenance contract.
There is no reason in the notice. The text reads only "hereby we terminate with immediate effect the existing maintenance contract dated 27.08.2018".
Of course, such a dismissal has no standing in court and seems very unprofessional, but would you like to work with such a company?
Luckily, there are many good, reliable and trustworthy heating engineers in Kiel.
