The Pfau company installed a new heating system and equipped a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Furthermore, the installations for the chimney as well as the water inlet and water outlet were connected. During the planning, our wishes were meticulous and the result is very satisfactory. Top performance!

The order was to replace the defective float valve in the cistern. The invoice also showed that the toilet bowl was removed and reinstalled. From experience I know that this work is not necessary for the repair of the cistern. That's why I contested the bill. When asked on the repair day what work was being carried out, the Pfau employee said nothing about dismantling and installing the toilet bowl. The tenant was not present during the repair for the entire time and was not aware of this work. When I objected to the invoice, I received an email from Mr. Pfau informing me that I "apparently had a special relationship with the trade" and that he would ask me to contact another company in the future. However, I would not have required Mr. Pfau to do this.
