Extremely rude staff. For health reasons, I am exempt from the mask requirement and was treated like a felon. I was the only customer in the store and the two waitresses in the store didn't wear masks themselves. No purchase was made because I was constantly being outrageously talked into. I then went to Karstadt Sport. Never again!
Extremely nice staff, we were approached directly and recommended a means for cleaning shoes, not the most expensive, but the best. I still use it because it's just perfect.
A visit is definitely worth it!
Unfriendly and bad advice. Shoes that I wanted to buy were refused to buy because they were not my size.
