Very pleasant shopping with friendly, patient and competent advice. Unfortunately, the entire range is not available in this branch; I did not get the admittedly not very popular shoes that I usually buy in the Schleswig house, but I did get a cheap and good alternative.

Great shop and nice shoes, what you can not say about the one employee. We have just looked around and quickly found that they do not have the shoe you are looking for. The clerk asked if she could help, we negated politely and pointedly pulled her an impossible face, went to her colleague and talked audible about us. Both stared over and looked at us in total shock. Sorry we knew what we wanted and they could not earn any money on us!
I am very satisfied, my shoes bought half a year ago, began to rise at the seams. Without receipt after research I was offered to refund the purchase price, or to order the shoe again. That's customer service for me, I'd love to come back.
