A good shoe store
Today I bought the first shoes for my son from Heinrich. We were greeted warmly and advised very nicely. The saleswoman was very empathetic towards my son, the fitting was very playful and without pressure, in between she always looked after other customers and let us take a look and try them out, which I found very pleasant. It will certainly not be our last visit.
Very competent and friendly staff. What I particularly liked is the ability to choose the shoe online, reserve it in my size, then try it on and buy it on site. Great service.
Great location in citti park with a pretty good selection of children's shoes. But the saleswomen we have seen the last few times are so annoyed and rude with the children that we have lost any desire to buy shoes here.
Always great to shop here!
