Not customer-oriented, unfriendly and lack of competence! My husband and I have been customers of this bank (our first bank) for more than 20 years. Now a few excerpts from previous contacts a) The bank charged fees for closing a savings book, the savings book result will be continued with EUR 0.01 b) when paying in coins with a value of approx. 800 €, the Sprakasse Donnerberg wanted fees of approx. Because of this incident, we canceled all accounts (by the way, our new Sparkasse Rhein-Nahe did not charge any fees). C) Due to the cancellation of the accounts, the Sparkasse credit card was of course canceled and the so-called customer advisor had annoyed me several times over the phone that I had to hand over the credit card, although it could still be used for two months. Now the hammer, although the Sparkasse Donnerberg knew that we no longer have a reference account, the annual fee was still deducted, although we can no longer use the credit card. Now let's clarify how we can get our money back. Conclusion: IF POSSIBLE LOOK FOR ANOTHER BRANCH !!!!
