Sample request made. The answer was that no samples will be sent (for yard goods! You have to imagine that!) And I should just order half a meter. Can only underline the negative reviews! We already had a color deviation on a previous order. This was so obvious (hard white vs. champagne) that one wonders if the shipment is handled in the dark. When the replacement request was made, the order was simply canceled and the reason was "We no longer have hard white!". Hello?! Then you don't have to try to slip the remaining champagne mail on us. The dealer has now been removed from our file.

I bought felt in the shop by the meter in a width of 45 cm. I need 5 m, 1.25 m were delivered. Upon request, I was informed that the units were 25cm each, so I only received 1.25 m. That it is only about 25 cm pieces is not evident during the normal ordering process, the article description must be searched for and read. The answer I received was: "The fabric is sold by the meter and then cut into the appropriate unit. This can also be found on relevant search engines that fabric is sold by the meter. The units are immediately recognizable in the description. " What I as a layperson is just not aware of and unfortunately I forgot to google. 🙄 I was offered a return shipment at my expense. My first and therefore also the last order in this shop.

I would be interested to know if there are like-minded people here ?! Because of my small business, I ordered a lot from this fabric supplier, but NEVER enclose an invoice. This was not sent to me by email either. However, a seller is obliged to hand over invoices. After several phone calls and several emails, I finally got some bills. However, with the wrong invoice date! What shoud that?! I called them again in a friendly manner and asked the lady kindly to issue me the invoices with the correct invoice date for my accounting. What was?! I was insulted and her husband was screaming wildly in the background. I'm getting tired of it. I have now called the responsible tax office and a tax audit is being initiated ... I don't even want to start with the many wrong deliveries and color deviations!
