You feel understood and what is being done is also explained. For me as a fearful patient, it was the right decision to go to Rockdental. Great work and great staff

Very competent dentists who like to take the time to explain everything you want to know. Super friendly staff at the front desk. You definitely feel in good hands there, and if something should be, it is no problem to come there without an appointment, you definitely get help! Would recommend the practice at any time.

Just bad. Here you usually tap into the cost trap, it will be presented only treatments with own share, cash benefits are concealed! In addition, despite the appointment, you have to wait at least 45 minutes in the treatment room on the chair for a doctor. All in all an absolute absurdity and for normal mortals who do not earn 3500 € a month, not to pay! For what is one please health insurance?

Now that Dr. Moniri took care of my tooth, it also keeps. All stars are there if nothing goes wrong at my next appointment. I hope so, because it is extremely annoying when a tooth has to be treated twice. I'm not so happy with the ladies, how can you cancel an appointment if it isn't found ????? You try to keep your appointments or at least cancel them so that other patients can be treated and then the women cannot find the appointment at all. Next time it will probably mean that you have not canceled your last appointment. It's a pity. The boss definitely understands something about his "job". I was always happy with him.
