Highly recommended as a first stage destination for the Panorama Trail. From the chrysoprase weir it takes about 40 minutes on foot. The view is beautiful and invites you to linger. There are enough benches for a rest. Unfortunately it was not possible to visit the hunting lodge.

The ascent from the hatchery takes about 30-45 minutes. The hunting lodge is very interesting because it has a piece of historical value ... Unfortunately, the castle is only open to the public a few days a year. From here it is essential to start in the direction of Elisabethfelsen 😉 ....

The landscape is beautiful with historical flair, also as a stopover for other hiking destinations in the lower Schwarzatal.

The hunting lodge looks more like a castle and was built around the middle of the 19th century. It is easy to get to, but you should be able to walk easily. The view alone is worth it.
