It's a shame, unfortunately not that good.
ps: I happily do without free lessons for 5-star ratings.
Not quite as good as expected, women feel a bit withdrawn here. There is also good yoga in the surrounding area (PRACTICES).
I felt very comfortable from the start and look forward to every new hour. I like the short meditation beforehand to arrive and finally to relax. It is a bit challenging yoga, but you get along very well and everyone is considered. It helped me a lot in a difficult time. Sylvia is a very warm, empathetic yoga teacher.
I have practiced yoga for many years, know many yoga styles and yoga studios in Germany and the Netherlands. Nowhere was exercise, meditation, and the family mood so well in tune with each other as here. I am glad that I have finally found a studio where I can get all these things and at the same time experience so much warmth and joy.
Highly Recommended!! I feel very well cared for. The yoga classes are a real gain for the body and mind.
Sylvia is a very dedicated, endearing yoga teacher with unbelievably positive energy.
