Top after renovation looks very modern. Unfortunately, the Sparkasse is extremely overpriced and the employees have now become very unfriendly I was refused a basic account although the bank may not refuse it, no matter how bad my Schufa is, but the bank refused it to me anyway, but how good that there are other banks are cheaper than you and where I get the same services everywhere and then don't necessarily have to come back to Leverkusen to use my services you are much too regional that is much too superfluous then you should not be called a savings bank, you have to be Leverkusener bank or whatever the Sparkasse may be called everywhere, then only in relation to cities Sparkasse is my name Sparkasse and then I can expect the same performance everywhere and advice & service everywhere, which unfortunately is not the case

A nice bright branch, with very nice employees. There is everything you would expect from a bank branch.

The only positive thing about the branch is the location. That was actually it. Made an appointment several times, but I couldn't be helped. Once an employee was sick and once the wrong appointment was assigned to someone who could not help me either. Customer service is different. A long queue and too few switches are open at the counters. But take a fee for every little thing.

Only an air conditioning system is missing, is very warm inside ... Otherwise everything is well structured
