Absolutely recommendable branch. So far only positive experiences - with ALL employees. My "problems" will be dealt with very quickly. But also totally great on a human level. Above all, I am very satisfied with my advisor, Mr. Drisch!

Dispute over a cause that is crystal clear: I decide if I cancel / return a direct debit, NOT the bank! I do not need the approval of the bank, nor do I have to explain myself big. The order is: post money back! BASTA ! But no wonder that these banks all have their own little microcosm. Of course with best greetings from politics and "justice"?! And the worst are, as always, the wolves in sheep's clothing! The SPARKASSEN! FINGER WAY - FINGER WAY - FINGER OFF !! These are the worst of ALL !!
