Great advice, perfect preparation and explanation of the paperwork that is now overflowing at all banks due to state regulation. Mr. Ruers took his time, was competent and in the end we found a perfect solution. Unlike most banks, which can only be reached via hotlines or who want to sell you something other than the product you actually want. Here the customer is still the focus. Thank you and we look forward to continued good cooperation!

Update from 05.01.21 still no post, so I still can't use my ec card, which is a company Unfortunately, very disappointed. Unfortunately I lost my pin from my ec card. Since I needed some money, I went to the headquarters on December 22nd. I then asked whether this can be reprogrammed directly here, but this is not possible, but I should try again here because the lock can be removed directly. So I tried this again afterwards I went to the reception where I was informed that the cannot be unlocked. The lady recorded everything and I get the documents in the mail. I was told that it would take about 1 to 2 days. I thought it would take 1 to 2 days longer because of the holidays. Today, January 2nd, 21st we still have no writing. Means I can't withdraw any money. Except to drive 12 km to the bank. I have been a customer there for about 21 years now and would have thought I would have fast and good service at the Sparkasse with local contacts, but well. So I can also take another bank and save myself the account management fees, which are not exactly low because it can't be worse anywhere else.

Change money only for customers what a dirty shop but typical Sparkasse are not even able to look at the account from Leverkusen to Solingen ps at Deutsche Bank that was no problem 4 weeks ago without asking whether I have an account there
