Good day, I don't know if any of the management is looking at the reviews. With an average of 2 stars, all alarm bells should sound. This branch of Sparkasse Langenfeld is not recommended in any way! The management of the Sparkasse as well as the respective employees should all be thrown into the garbage can. Employees are extremely unfriendly, appointments are not kept or postponed a day in advance, without alternative appointments! Recalls are never respected! No idea why the same employees have been there for years, although the way of working is known. Either you overlook the problems here or you don't want to admit them.

Unfriendly with problems. Appointments by phone will not be forwarded. You are ordered for something that does not fit into one. I will change and can not recommend the branch Reusrath.
