My first gym experience in Germany is very good. Trainers are very skilled. Though I dont know German but they dont feel irritated. Equipments are sufficient. They also provide courses which is best.

I feel very comfortable in the friendly atmosphere and very much competent coaching. Katja always has an open ear for personal issues and takes the time for them. I am very happy to have found such a great gym. Kind regards 🙂

The gym with its low ceilings and the carpet floor (for whatever reason it was laid) is unfortunately always very stuffy, and the dim light does not provide a nice training atmosphere. The devices are sufficient for beginners, but as an athlete with a bit of ambition you get the feeling that you don't belong to the desired clientele. You also have to pay extra to be able to drink water while exercising. Most of the coaches and members are very nice!

I can't say anything about the studio itself as I'm not a member. But during the Corona times I found self-made videos 'for post-gymnastics' on the homepage, which I find a great service from which I can also benefit as a non-member. The OLEO Fund presented there, an initiative "for healthy eating and exercise", which is aimed in particular at children in cooperation with NaturGut Ophoven, is m.M.n. worthy of support. Keep it up! ... and all the best!

Good atmosphere, nice reception lady, friendly trainer. Various training / course offers. Contracts for every budget, partners / families, trial training offers. Exercise equipment, courses, sauna, drinks.
