For us, this was a rather unsatisfactory contact. Commissioned offer, increased again afterwards by 16%, after our rejection due to these additional costs, we were billed for the creation of the offer of just under € 400. Bad emails with insinuations like "offer tourism" were We know customer friendliness differently!
