I call that customer orientation. Super flexible and fast. The artisans are very friendly and courteous; advising and patient towards the customer. Try not to put the most expensive thing on customers' eyes. And the first handicraft business, where attention was also paid to "mask" during corona times.
Lobo and Tobias of the Wetzel company have in the deepest winter, expertly and correctly replaced a very old defective gas boiler and meticulously flushed the existing floor heating to the last corner. The briefing was short and so understandable that I have no difficulties with the operation of this ultramodern spa. The boss and all staff were very friendly and the construction site was swept clean. I can definitely recommend this company!

So very unfriendly, wanted to inform me about the address to a personal interview, to change a few things at home. Very unfriendly lady at the reception and the boss was very loud and rude. Not recommended. Better to visit another, more competent company.
Just now Fa. Wetzel was with my son in the Schöneberger Str.zwecks maintenance smoke detector thumbs up appointment was met very quickly everything done super friendly the staff keeps it up
