I tried to contact the company by telephone to point out a mistake in the documentation of a claim. Apparently, I called the company during the "emergency service", which I was not clear. The gentleman on the phone shouted at me directly, what to call me in the emergency service regarding an invoice and read me not to speak. He also simply hung up after his outburst. After a second call attempt, he picked up the phone and hung up again. The third call was not accepted any more, so I left the gentleman a message on the company's own voicemail, with the remark that he should reconsider his absolutely unsustainable behavior towards his customers and his tone dialing. A friendly note that the company was only performing emergency services on weekends would have been enough to move the rest of the procedure to the next working day. Absolutely customer-unfriendly!
