Not reliable / does not stick to agreements: I have made an appointment for 7.30 a few days in advance. A nice lady on the phone guaranteed that I would be the first customer that day. Unfortunately, no one came on the agreed date. When I called after waiting 20 minutes, she said that she spoke to me on the tape yesterday and that a house in Cologne had to be saved. That is more important than my "few leaks".
