We are more than disappointed. For more than 10 years, we have been customers of this company and also have our heating system serviced annually. In the last few years, the system has always been defective afterwards and expensive components had to be exchanged.
Since our trust had suffered a lot, we have this year commissioned another company for maintenance. It came out that the plant years was not properly maintained. She was so dirty inside, that there was already mold in it. Components that were supposedly defective, were not changed, but only charged.
I find something very sad! You pay for a job and then get deceived. Many repairs would have been unnecessary with proper maintenance.
Never again!
Have my project discussed by phone and previously pointed to the urgency. Mr. Graef came out and looked at everything. Promised to complete the offer at very short notice and also to start the construction site at short notice and to have capacity. A week later still no offer and days then not. After repeated demand was then aligned that there would be no capacity. I could have saved my time. Unfortunately again a craft business, which promises a lot but holds nothing. Many Thanks!

There is nothing for me! to critisize.
We were a customer of Gräf for 11 years and had both maintenance and a project carried out by the company. I would not let any employee of this company to our heating more let in our apartment. This saves nerves, time and money.
We had our complete bathroom planned and built. Everything was implemented with high competence in a short time as it was discussed. All cost and planning frameworks were adhered to. The staff was always friendly, courteous and competent - as far as I can tell. If there is a need in the evening or on weekends, this company will always help you. I cannot report anything negative. We are very satisfied.
