Really bad support. Not answering emails. When you call it only ask for customer number. What about new members? What will they do?

Worst customer experience ever. You send them an email, they call you, you don't pick up, you get an email: 'we tried to call, call us back'. How about you reply to my email using a real person ONCE!! 2 years of sending me log in details that I never received. 2 years of trying to get in contact with 0 result. Way to go, Commerz!

terrible company !! I live not longer in Germany I tried to pay off and close my account I wrote a lot of emails without answer customer line does not speak English terrible bad company when I came 1400 km personally to the company, they refused me ..they just said I have to resolved that online I have been sent a new password to my address where I am no longer and I cannot log into internet banking because they just change my password ... I wrote a lot of emails They do not know help me.I always thought every German company must be serious but I was wrong...

Bad customer service, bad booking system, very bad information processing, not to be recommended as a trustworthy lender!
