Branch simply closed due to Corona, the Sparkasse doesn't care that customers in Holzheim don't have a car .... With the money you have to deposit, you should take the bus through the area to another branch. Then who pays for it if someone is robbed? This is not very customer friendly ....

I have been a customer of Sparkasse Neuss for decades and have been looked after best and very friendly only in Grefrath and now in Holzheim. I am especially happy that I can help with my telephone if I am traveling longer or farther away. The really good service is the reason why I am a customer here.

They hide some information to private customers and give incorrect answers for simple questions and tell stories that do not speak completely different story. Incompetent. The workers have to be enrolled again I think !!!!!

Not recommendable have more idea than the bank employees themselves from their job really unfriendly when I said someone else would come and said I have no time for it now
