I cannot confirm the negative impression of some of the other posts at all. So far, I have always met the branch staff in a friendly and courteous manner, and I did not notice any lack of competence. I have not yet had the impression that I am being persuaded to do something. I am very satisfied with my bank!

The staff were nice and answered my questions in an understandable way. I was also helped quickly when my money was stolen and I had to have my account blocked.

It is very disappointing how badly long-term customers are treated here. There are promises made at the locker, which are then not complied with for flimsy reasons. Overall incompetent and unfriendly.
