How is it possible that people who do not speak English work at the Bank? People with a university degree? 0 * ..... Comedy ..... When you ask in English, you will get an answer in German " we are german bank , speak german " thant is answer what i get....

I cannot believe people who did studies to work in one place like that can’t afford speak in English to the costumers to solve some questions. (I’m a costumer!) Tried to change the coworker maybe to another one to speak in English and the answer I had was: “Sorry, no one speak English here, you need to find someone to talk in German or write an email to us in German”. Unbelievable...

I do not understand how any of the people who work in this institution and have certain higher education, do not speak English !! I understand that 99 percent are clients who speak German BUT in the last period of time, twice as you see, you have more and more clients who do not speak German and I am one of them !! you must understand that it is very difficult for us in the event of a doubt or a possible unsuccessful payment, to get in touch with you !! please provide a telephone line for those who speak English and if possible add the file to your site! then you would be of great help to us, your customers!

If i could give minus star i would .. The worst bank ever. There are so many things I can write down that i could spend my hole day writing... Letters that they "never recived", e-mails also. Hours of calling but no one answered.. Lies. Really bad behavior from the man i was talking.. No will to help etc . I could really write more but I am not going to spend my time anymore .. BE AWARE of that bank ! I wish I could remember the name of the guy I was talking to...

I can only make a statement now as a borrower. The loan application and its approval through the dealership went smoothly and quickly. The loan was approved within a few minutes and at a super low interest rate. Communication with the bank has also gone smoothly so far. Therefore, I can unreservedly recommend the bank in terms of loans / credits.
