I wasn't in good physical condition when I started EMS training. It just keeps getting better. The trainers respond to my complaints individually and change the training units if necessary. I feel very well looked after and professionally looked after. Thank you very much for that.

Competent and motivated trainers, the workout is varied and leads to success. You can also plan the appointments flexibly and make up for them if necessary. I really like coming here and can only recommend body shapes Neuss.
