Nothing too modern for me, and much too small
Private, cozy atmosphere. Trainer always there. No Mukki training, but holistic construction and balance of the muscles. Since you only have to go twice a week for 16 minutes, it's like visiting a tanning bed - you feel better and more comfortable after that, but it's much more sustainable for your health
Very competent and friendly introduction to the equipment, very nice and private atmosphere, finally a studio where you don't have to worry about the training plan! Everything is already programmed in the fitness equipment.
Accurate training, in a good atmosphere with little time. Friendly coaches who support you and take your time. The right app motivates. I like to come here.
With what expectations do you / woman in a micro-studio ??
From my point of view: clear frequency, private atmosphere and v.a. professionally accompanied training.
So far conclusion from my test phase: fully fulfilled!
In addition there is good location at parking lots and back entrance.
The high-quality orientation is reflected both in the device selection and in the interior design. Customer feedback is received openly. Keep it up!
For me personally the most important difference to other studios is the personalized alignment of the devices with the option of continuous adaptation. This ensures effective and efficient training for me! What do I want more in my professional life?
