Devices and equipment are available at the highest level and above all mostly free.
I love going there because of the owners and members. The owners always have good advice on demand and the other members respect and respect each other so that you can train in peace, which is very appealing to my wife, for example.
Best fitness studio in Neuss and the surrounding area. The atmosphere is always friendly, supportive and familiar. The staff is top-notch both professionally and personally. The studio never seems overcrowded and the members as well as the owners are always happy to help.
