I was at Prokilo in Neuss today and I'm super satisfied. My request was dealt with immediately to my satisfaction. Needed a drip tray for my beer dispenser and lo and behold, it was made according to my wishes and was super fit and the price was right. All in all I will be very satisfied again and again come.
I ordered two small copper sheets to be picked up on July 30th. Apart from a confirmation email, I have not received any information from Prokilo. Since then I've tried in vain to reach. There was also no response from the email address of the Prokilo store in Neuss or the general Prokilo email address. I can understand that due to Corona it is not possible to cut the ordered sheets quickly. Nevertheless, I am disappointed with the accessibility. Since the opening times were changed spontaneously, I was standing in front of the locked door yesterday. Overall really bad service.
I would like to cancel the order, but since nobody answers, this will not be possible either.
