Cleaning performance okay, but ...... in June 18 price for a shirt 1.70 €, plus a 15% discount with the customer card ...... wow, I thought that sounds great. Ok, then I was told that the customer card cannot currently be issued due to a change in August, but until then I would be offered one free shirt for every 10 shirts. That worked great several times. In August, I wanted the customer card, but it didn't exist because the manufacturer now wanted 10 euros per card, and that couldn't be passed on to customers. Therefore, for now, continue as before. Ok rather 10% than nothing, I thought to myself. Then in October it was only free every third time. The person who had offered me and who had also been practicing for weeks suddenly pretended to be clueless and asked her husband if something else had been agreed. Of course not. In addition, the note on the customer card was removed and the price increased by 0.30 euros per shirt, i.e. to 2 euros. Sorry, but that's not how you win or keep customers. Have changed. The 2 stars because the cleaning performance was okay.
