The Grevenbroich district works caused water damage in my basement on 19.05. To date, my basement is 10cm high full of water. Nobody reports to us. A company is said to be commissioned to dry the basement, but nothing has happened to date. You are only held out on the phone. It is really sad how you as a customer are literally fooled. The water is in our basement for over a month. The masonry is completely wet. The neighbors are already looking forward to it. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with

Had to rent a standpipe for the company. That was not a problem according to the very nice employee from the district works signed the contract. And could quickly get back to work. Top
