Invoice items do not make it comprehensible to the tenant association even for lawyers specializing in tenancy law what was done. Nor is it explained in a comprehensible manner for a technical layman which concrete work has been done and what the exact name of the repaired or replaced parts is. Very unfavorable, especially if you are a tenant and have to agree with the landlord because of the cost bearing obligation. It is also proposed to replace expensive parts, even if it is not certain that they are defective at all. If you do not pay attention and refuse, it is your own fault. Female customers are handled according to my impression especially short, phone calls are annoyed "abbreviated". I can only speculate on the attitude behind it, so I do not want to comment on it. What I learned from it: Never again commission craftsmen without a precise cost estimate! Certainly not as a tenant.
