Hands off !!!!!! This company only causes travel times and is not able to repair things in the plumbing area. They are also unable to meet deadlines. As a reason you get the answer "I said from e.g. 10 am. I advise every citizen of Neuss to choose a different company. In my rating, this company receives 0 stars.
We had a broken water heater in the bathroom Sunday morning from which the water was running, luckily we were able to turn off the water, but it only worked for the whole apartment, so we called Mr. Obhues on Sunday morning and he promised himself Monday morning We are very excited, Monday morning at 10.30 a.m., everything was well done by his young employee.
Last year this great company made me wait for an appointment for 8 days at minus 10 degrees, this year I can do without heating and hot water since Saturday, after poor obedience on the part of obhues.
Mr. Obhues reports that he would drop by on Thursday to see if something was broken and what he had to order for the repair.
that is again 4 days waiting time without hot water, "specialist company"
