I ordered a shoe in the store and after 2 weeks I find out that they don't have the shoe. Absolutely outrageous.
Nobody answers the phone and emails are not answered either.
Strangely enough, online orders cannot be returned, although according to the website it works. Apparently too difficult for the MA. Very rude and unhelpful. Will only shop online. Can't recommend the store.
Rude and insulting !!!!!
I advise everyone to go there the MA is so rude and disrespectful. He was even insulting what I thought was outrageous and everyone else. Therefore not even worth a star. Everyone in Essen is friendly. But never again there. I prefer to leave my money somewhere else instead of something that gets my money.
