The train station is small and clear.
It is relatively clean.
However ..... I got annoyed information from the "friendly" counter staff.
And sometimes get a cheeky answer.
That is not how it works.
The lady was absolutely snappy and unfriendly.
Something like that is directly damaging to business.
Small place...
Mostly clean and the trains are always on time.
NWB Mostly make it on time, only the times are miserable for students of the BKHX.
