Was there for the first time today to exchange change. You have to call in advance about an appointment, went to me overnight. Very nice staff and great handling. Without a long wait. I went there specially from Gladbeck and it was worth it👍

Appointment made online. Without it it’s not possible at the moment. But everything is easy, even with lead time. On the day itself everything went quickly. Friendly & helpful employees in the branch. (From employees at the entrance to employees at the payout counter!)

Had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment due to the current situation, but everything went very quickly and friendly on site and there was only one other customer at that time in another area in the bank. During the short visit, I was also able to get to know the human side of the Bundesbank: in the garden, which is completely enclosed by the building complex, a duck family that is there and is enclosed until the young animals can fly is very comprehensive and loving with fresh salad, grains, drinks and even a small one Swimming facilities provided :) If they were, the ducks would also give 5 out of 5 stars!

I have only had good experiences there. Am there regularly to exchange my coins. Nobody has ever been rude there, everyone works on the PC or elsewhere, and security is no problem for me. I have been there 8 times and I will today on 01.08. go back. And again next week.

Fast and friendly service when exchanging DM in Euro-coins. At the cash-out there may be some delays. 400mtr.from the U35 stop at Universitatsstr. 72 in Bochum. You can also get the current special mint for the normal price here on the day of issue. Also later, but of course only while stocks last. p. w.
