The online courses also work great and registration and booking are simple and understandable. Very great yoga studio with a large selection of courses and trainers. According to every taste. What I really like is the online booking of individual courses, very flexible. I can choose any course I want every week and don't have to be tied to a specific one for weeks. Highly recommended! :)

Good for the whole body. You can get a grip on pain and physical complaints again. I had spinal problems and severe shoulder pain and could no longer lift my right arm. I got everything under control and since then I've been going to training regularly. I can only recommend
