Unfortunately got the commitment. the friendliness as well as the willingness to provide service of the employees decreased considerably in the last months. While the service there was very friendly and courteous until about half a year ago, thanks to new employees at the counter, the tone initially cooled down a lot. The staff at the counter is very formal and doesn't speak more than is absolutely necessary. As a customer, you are sometimes ignored before an employee condescends to ask about the customer's wishes. The coronation in the negative sense is the apparently last new addition to the team at the front desk: This person is characterized by such a snappy, disparaging and therefore unfriendly tone (towards customers and apparently also the other employees) that the last advantage for me is the Sparkasse, namely personal contact no longer exists. At the machine, which is also available at other credit institutions, I can also do my banking without being treated sloppily.
