Really bad! Service is very bad. Customer service is hard to come by. Transfers also take a very long time if something is transferred. Other banks are much faster there. Chargebacks, on the other hand, are carried out very quickly by those with over € 3.50. At the Sparkasse etc ... by half less! ZERO RECOMMENDED!

Zero service in Bochum city center both banks no cash withdrawal, account deductions, transfer in the evening (at night) no access ... I will change the bank. Cash Pool Banks also no indication ... it will be a SB sparda Automat Unistr. 117 displayed, no ... none to be found. I'm really dissatisfied .... worst service because I have seen .....
