It's 2021, an advanced year in a developed country which defends human foreigners rights and diversity, yet I feel discriminated and ignored by your behavior and your lack of professionalism. I brought you my student loan papers, and your only task was to upload it electronically to the KFW so I can keep receiving my loan. I did this twice! and each time you throw my documents or something then when I call you refuse even to give me details or aknowledge it. Why do you make cooperation with other banks if you will force their clients to be yours and you will keep asking them if they have a sparkasse bank account?! I feel sorry for all the auslanders and international students who have to go through this racist and pragmatic attitude, and I really really hope, that your services and strategies towards foreigners will be changed, because if someone has to go through this in 2021 in Germany, then we are still in the back of the line of human rights. WAKE UP!!!
