The move to Santander turned out to be the right step. As a customer, I feel that I am in good hands and questions are always answered in a friendly, competent and, above all, customer-oriented manner. Above all, however, the atmosphere in the office should be emphasized, I was always welcomed in a friendly manner and the atmosphere among the employees is very pleasant and relaxed. I cannot agree with the criticism of compliance with protective measures regarding the pandemic, I experience the behavior of employees as very conscientious and careful.
