Banks in general and especially savings banks are probably an issue in themselves. Of course, what annoying the latter - even here - are the sometimes absurd-seeming fees, such as for online banking. Nevertheless, for some years now, I have been very happy to be a customer in this branch and stayed there when I moved my office to the immediate vicinity of the main office. The advice and the service in Altenbochum are above average, fast and uncomplicated. Bank has to do with trust and that's what I have there. The star deduction is still there, because even the trust does not plausibly explain the fee structure.
