extremely irresponsible and unprofessional! Actually, the savings bank's reputation of being a reputable bank and was perhaps the once so long, long time. Maybe other branch of the Sparkasse Bochum are still serious, but the office Bochum club is no more. Here you will be enticed with very questionable methods for talks in the Filliale. Since I have not given consent to contact me for advertising purposes, it has short hand an e-mail sent with the subject "My Account" and the news that one would have to speak urgently with me, "suggested to me the news that there is a problem were with the account, so I immediately called in the office. on the phone they said will be loose, that they wanted to talk to me only once, and that you would have expressed himself clumsily in the mail. Since a year has passed and today called me again someone he office and was told that I would have to urgently come again to update my signature. I see! When I have politely declined because I had over 20 km Directions, the lady of the Savings Bank was rude and asked me quite dry, why I did my account have not taken the time to a bank where I live if I did not want to go to Bochum. I find that extremely unprofessional and frivolous.

Very friendly staff. After I moved from Sweden back to Germany for professional reasons 4.5 years ago, my parents' always good experiences contributed to the fact that I, too, chose Sparkasse as my bank. When I entered the Filie, I was immediately approached by a Mrs. N. Czygowski and led in one of the consulting area. There, the "bank-typical" formalities were handled, of course in a positive sense. Since that first meeting, I have been to Ms. Czygowski many times (even though she has since changed stores, she was originally at the Langedreer store). To summarize, Ms. Czygowski is one of the best consultants I know and I hope that our relationship will continue for many more years.
