While I was a satisfied apoBank customer until the beginning of the year, I am now increasingly annoyed and about to switch to another bank. Minuses are: The changeover to the new online banking with a disastrously programmed ApoTAN Plus app, through which I could no longer access my account at times. Missing answers to repeated inquiries via the contact form or by e-mail and unhelpful text chat (O-Ton: "actually it should work via the contact form, I say deliberately - it is best to send your request again as a letter by post"). When it comes to customer service over the phone, you are always on hold.
Despite the current problems in online banking, the team at the Bochum branch is very helpful and customer-oriented.
Especially Mr. Florian W. from the investment department and Mr. Darius K. (student advice) are great.
It would be nice if you could find a functioning machine that accepts money somewhere. Had to make a deposit at a third party bank for 15 euros. Thanks too, it's enough for me with the Apobank. I prefer to pay account fees at the bank around the corner in the future. You should urgently improve your service, so that will not attract anything with doctors.

My support was moved from Dortmund to Bochum without the bank's request. I have never experienced poorer customer service in any area. A friendly welcome from Mr. Leibner in the first meeting, but unfortunately very disappointing further on.
No contact person for questions, appointments and agreements not kept ... Really more than frustrating - urgently advised against for every doctor in Bochum who needs advice and support.
Now back in Dortmund and very satisfied ...
