Rudeness begins that I greet you first !? If I want to increase my standing order of € 470.63 by € 25 and the service employee answers: "äääh 5-Hundert ääähh," I ask myself whether I am in the right place to invest my money and as a Customer service. After several repetitions, I left the bank in order not to break out verbally and gave the hint that I would appear again immediately and ask for correction of the document, which was printed out twice with the wrong start date of the change. After reappearing, the change was not possible according to the employees. Has been changed by hand without a stamp or signature. Telephone complaint was made with a request for a call back. The rebuilding of the branch was definitely expensive. Perhaps the management should give more thought to friendliness, customer orientation and simply humanity towards customers instead of inappropriate arrogance and rudeness. Elementary school mathematics should soon be a prerequisite for recruiting. Best regards Gudrun Gerke

Extremely rude, arrogant and not helpful at all! Not recommended, the workers with other offices in Bochum are much more committed !!

Staff unfortunately very arrogant and unfriendly. Should reflect to act customer-oriented.
