At the Sparkasse you only have to pay. I have been with DKB for over a year and I am completely satisfied. Sparkasse..no thanks.Never again.

I have rarely seen such unfriendly staff at the counter. No request and thanks. As if you were talking to a machine. You come to the counter and the employees have private conversations. It is not bad in itself. Only if the call is not immediately ended when you are at the counter. I find that very disrespectful to the customer. I switch to a direct bank without direct contact with such people. So visiting the savings banks is no fun.

Friendly approach is not reciprocated, friendliness seems tormented and you have the feeling that people have absolutely no desire for your job (except for a young gentlemen!). It is not advised, but thrown arrogantly and knowledgeably with bank jargon. I felt absolutely out of place. Maybe you could be influenced by the external appearance (cap and casual outfit = no full bank customer). I'll soon drive to the city center, thanks for nothing.
