The branch was unfortunately rebuilt. There are no switches anymore. All deposits and withdrawals must be made via a machine. Depending on the project, this will take a very long time. Customer service is virtually non-existent.

I have been a customer for many years, I can only join the predecessors After the renovation, just impersonal, an employee at the counter for all questions, resulting in long waiting times. In addition, someone actually thinks of the elderly, or the visually impaired, who have great difficulty with the machines.

Rude and arrogant. Customers who go to the counter have to prepare for long waiting times. The second ticket office was closed in spite of the large crowds.
