The company was commissioned to build a new building. Complete new installation of a heating / ventilation system. So overall a decent order. At first everything seemed good, then new window frames were damaged by work and stored materials or tools. The damage was documented directly and sent to the company by email. No answer at first, then we were put off. No clarification possible until the end, so the final invoice was reduced by a ridiculous € 200. In June 2019 we made the last contact attempt, which again remained unanswered. In the meantime there have been a few unpleasant discussions about individual works. For example, we allegedly did not want any room thermostats, the report sheet has a note with a red pencil afterwards. I might have noticed that when I signed it, but how would you like to prove it? In any case, there was no reimbursement for this. Now, 10 months later, we get a reminder and it continues to say that no harm was done. When asked about an error code that the system displays (pressure loss, leaks, if necessary refilling water), we will advise you professionally, but simply refill water yourself. After all, this would have been explained in the brief introduction. I had to laugh out loud ... The burden of proof is heavy and it costs nerves to deal with these inconveniences. In this respect, dear reader of the recession, look for someone else.

It was worked well, reliably and quickly.
