Not even worth 1 star! This company is just completely unfriendly and UNCOMPETENT !!!! We were charged working hours in which the employee was not even employed on our behalf! After a long discussion we still had to pay! Rip off! Employee brings an intern who takes a look around our house instead of working?!?! As a long-standing customer, you are left in the lurch with your second order because of our broken heating system and people just hang up on the phone! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING !! NEVER AGAIN!!

Loch and Kunz is by far the best installation company in the region. The employees are technically up to date, competent in every respect and totally customer-oriented. That something like that still exists today is almost a miracle. We only had good experiences with a new installation and in two emergencies. Can be recommended in every respect.

Catastrophic service! In the night from January 14th to 15th, our heating failed. Monday morning we reported the error to Loch and Kunz and asked us to inform us in advance as soon as the mechanic starts. At 4.30 p.m. the mechanic was at the door, without registration and the "nice" lady from the office could not remember the agreement. We announced that it would take us about 10 minutes to get home and that we would be off straight away. We have been confirmed that he is waiting ... When we arrived there was nobody there. After three phone calls to the office, the mechanic came back at 5:50 p.m. Of course he had no suitable tools with him and put us off for the next afternoon. So that we don't miss the fitter again, my husband stayed at home, unfortunately again without success, because nobody came by. When we asked around 5 p.m., we were informed that the fitter had already finished work. He probably did not come over because he was sent to another fault, my question was: "that we are sitting in January without heating does not seem to be so important? And why nobody could let us know that we had another company in the meantime? "nobody could answer me. Only the good man from the emergency service felt sorry for us and brought us a small fan heater for the bedroom, so we had at least 14 ° in the bedroom this morning (otherwise below 10 ° everywhere). So far we are still waiting for the fitter ...

Have already installed several heating systems with us, until now everything works fine (and that is at least 10 years)
