I bring my shirts and pants there every week. These are always nicely washed and ironed and wrapped in foil. If you have a membership card, each shirt costs 1.85 € which, in my opinion, is an unbeatable price.

Qualitatively nothing to complain about, my shirts are always clean and in pristine condition.
Today I had my wedding dress cleaned for 110 euros. When I was picked up, I was shocked. All the pearls have fallen off and the tip is pulling threads. Not a single stain was removed from the (not very dirty) wedding dress. However, what really stunned me was the handling of the problem:
At first I was told that this could happen if the dress was washed in the machine (interesting that you pay 110 euros for a cleaning in the washing machine) when I did not want to accept this and asked for my money back after some discussion Money paid out. For this I should sign that I have no further legal claims regarding the ruined wedding dress. Without words!
If a professional wedding dress cleaning cannot be carried out, this should not be offered !!!
